I am translating guidelines for media participants at an event, and one of the sections is entitled "MEDIA POOLING OPPORTUNITIES"

This is what the section says:
Due to space restrictions at Event venues, media pooling arrangements will be necessary for all identified media opportunities. Media representatives will be required to share coverage material with their colleagues.
Further information relating to media opportunities, pooling arrangements and processes will be announced closer to the event.
