I have changed around the title of this Agency two or three times, and it just doesn't seem to flow well, and I'm not sure exactly how to include Barcelona into the title (or even if this might be a typo for "de Barcelona" but since it is the State Agency, I don't think this is the case........

I currently have:
The Department Head for the Regional Unit in charge of Management of Large Corporations for the State Tax Administration Office

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

I have also seen "Tax Administration State Agency" (this in AEAT English language docs). The above is the way I normally say it.

I have also used: State Agency for Tax Administration.

Incidentally, although not on a certificate so not applicable, I usually just put Spanish Tax Administration or Spanish tax authorities if the actual name is not important to the translation
