Do you have any more on the context in which you found these words? I'd say "working mums" or something, but not knowing exactly where this goes, it is hard to make a suggestion.

Juggling work and family

"Juggling" is something I see and use a lot in this context. Definitely used in the US. A bit informal but that may accentuate the appeal of these high-tech products. I'm imagining fancy washing machines, dishwashers, milk warmers, etc. "Juggling career and kids" gives you a nice alliteration but it may be too literal.

Or maybe "Helping you juggle work and family".

If this is a headline or catchline, I don't think you have much chance of hitting the right note in the translation if you don't know the target audience. Among other things, it makes a difference whether the PR is pitched at an audience in which relatively few mothers work (e.g. Germany) or one in which a lot of mothers work (e.g. USA). 'Aha!' in the one context may be 'So what!' in the other.

Now that we have a bit of useful context, I'd suggest formulating something that expresses the message "we're friendly to employees with (young) children". The title has to reflect the content of the article, and you know much more about that than we do.

e.g. "We like working parents!' or 'Kids welcome' (the latter being a play on notices sometimes seen in rental adverts, such as 'adults only').

A child and a Career

Most translations on German / Austrian University sites , as well as the main newspapers, translate it as career and child.

I think if it is reversed "child and a career" it implies the business puts the welfare of the family unit paramount. Just a suggestion.

There is a lot of talk about companies having "family-friendly" policies, to make it easier for parents (not just mothers) to combine family and career. "Family-friendly employer" etc.
