I am translating titles for a webpage, and am looking for a concise form of expressing the English "Contact Info" or "Contact Us" section, which would include phone numbers, e-mail, website, location map, etc.

I prefer a classic gerund. I have seen other "taragana" websites and I don't trust them, they tend to mix Latin and English. I would use "notitia" to translate "notice", as in "legal notice".
