  -> Any geologist would now exactly the mean of Andean direction. It´s usual both in Spanish and English. It's a term strongly related with Tectonics, clearly not in everyday English, as many others we use as geologists. Thanks anyway for your point

agree  Enrique Espinosa: One of my references is also yours. I accept to change weakly for weakness, thanks. I have 35 years of experience as an active Geologist, so Andean direction makes sense, not in everyday English, but in Structural Geology. Many thanks for your time
