English term
latest
English to Polish
Bus/Financial
Law: Contract(s)
umowa (o) dystrybucji
Męczy mnie ten zwrot użyty w umowie sformułowanej z typowym francuskim wdziękiem i niefrasobliwością. Oto jej fragment:
The Manufacturer issues, in principle, once a year a revision of its vehicle price list. The Manufacturer is obliged to discuss revision of its vehicle price list with the Distribution Partner in advance of finally revision. The finally revised price-list cancels all previous issues of the price-list and is applicable for orders issued to the Manufacturer latest 30 days after receipt by the Distribution Partner of the finally revised price-list. Therefore the finally revised price-list is not effective for orders on Products already placed by the Distribution Partner and for tenders the Distribution Partner has already addressed to customers.

Pewnie Francuzi coś źle sformułowali - chyba chodziło im o to, że stare ceny obowiązują najpóźniej w 30 dniu "after receipt by the Distribution Partner of the finally revised price-list".

Discussion
The Distribution Partner is regularly informed in writing of the applicable dis-counts he may deduct from the listprice when placing his orders. The applica-ble discount percentages may vary between different Products and may be al-tered by the Manufacturer at any time as and when the economical conditions of the market change. Such revised discount cancels all previous discounts granted and is applicable for orders issued to the Manufacturer latest 30 days after receipt by the Distribution Partner of the revised discount information. The revised discount information is not effective for orders on Products already placed by the Distribution Partner and for tenders the Distribution Partner has already addressed to customers.
