: Ich glaube auch, dass es hier um zwei verschiedene Dinge geht: 1) Die Teilnehmer üben selbst; 2) die Inhalte der Übungen stammen aus der Praxis. Im Vorschlag "hands-on training" ist das NICHT beides enthalten.
