Disculpa, te lo pusimos en Inglés, pero se llama en los organismos públicos: \"Declaración de responsabilidad\"

"stance of liability" da sólo 1 resultado en Google; "stance of responsibility" da 18. Sólo "stance of liability" ocurre en un contexto de seguros, pero en todas las ocurrencias puede verse claramente que el significado es “aceptación de responsabilidad”; te copio 2 de ellas:
