If there is a software-controlled movable table, it must be positioned on the screen
With the small moving cross, select a location and left-click to move the table in such a way that this selected location becomes the new centre (marked by the big cross). This method is used to position the sample exactly. Don’t be surprised if the sample first moves out of the location and then back again. This is needed to compensate the reverse clearance and to produce better precision.
