In a German medical report, in Oberbauchsonographie (ultrasound of abdomen), first line says "Limitierte Sicht durch ZW-hochstand re."
Am not sure what the ZW refers to. Would appreciate what it stands for and English translation.
Patient suffers from lung cancer and this is one of a battery of tests.
