This definitely solves the problem, because the letters do corresponds to the first three consonants in the notary's name! Thanks you Potra, and thank you Luskie!

SCR If SCR is part of the Tax ID, then it should contain the first three consonants of the person's last name followed by numbers and letters (i.e. arinci would be RNC, or Rossi would be RSS

il punto dopo è chiaramente un typo

e allora il punto è un typo il cf è fatto cosi AAA AAA 11A 11A 111A (A sono lettere, 1 numeri)
e probabilmente ritroverai SCR tra le lettere del nome dello studio legale, o uno dei suoi soci, tipo "Scarso" "Scarabeo" ecc.

are you sure SCR is not part of the codice fiscale? the CF should have 6 alfanumerical characters, the first 6 are letters.
