Spanish term

cesion puntual

Non-PRO Spanish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Banco

Mi intento: xxx offers you the possibility to bring forward payment of all the invoices in accordance with the following Special Conditions for specific assignments and with the General Conditions that figure overleaf:

Mi mayor duda es "cesión puntual". Aunque tampoco sé si debería cambiar "payment" a "collection".

Agradecería cualquier ayuda.
Gracias de antemano,
Emy

timely / prompt assignment or transfer

I really understand a 'time factor' in the source, rather than 'precision/exactness'. Perhaps even 'appropriately prompt' or something similar. While all of my bilingual dictionaries give only the 'exact/precise' interpretation of 'puntual', the DREA also gives, "2- A tiempo, a la hora prevista." Rightly or wrongly, I think the source writer intended this less-usual connotation, here.
Regarding 'payment / collection', the context seems to imply forcible 'collection' in my reading of it.
Hope this helps. Best of luck!

prompt settlement/payment

i.e. prompt settlement (payment) of amounts due
Maybe they are offering a discount for payments made on time?
