As Khun Soonthong noted, this appears to be lyrics of a song, all mushed together. There should be spaces, I believe. The vocabulary is not difficult at all, but this is more or less what it says. It's from someone named "Khwaa" to his/her sweetheart. I'd translate like this, without knowing any more, as follows.

(The station of my heart . . . the train/The love train at station) is by the platform at the beginning of my (Khwaa’s) journey. My worry about the end of the journey is that I care for and miss/think about (you.) Please forgive me that I haven’t called at all. I miss/think about you just as before.
