Es geht um die Beschreibung einer Rumsorte in einer Preisliste.
Der Satz lautet: ... weich und geschmeidig auch am Gaumen, feine Süße, mildes Feuer, wieder sehr aromatisch mit Malz und Mokka, sauber, warm und tief, trinkfreudiger gefälliger Charakter.
"trinkfreudig" ist auch ein Fachbegriff bei Wein-Beschreibungen.
Ich kann aber auch nicht herausfinden, was "trinkfreudig" auf deutsch und in Bezug auf Wein bedeuten soll!

OK, agree that 'quaffable' does seem to be used mainly with cheaper wines, but not so 'gluggable'. Here are some examples:

According to wine.com, quaffable is "used to describe a wine that is pleasant to drink but not deserving of careful tasting attention". This does not sound like actual praise. |
