Leased-In Cars

Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, the parties hereby agree that Lessor may not be the owner of certain of the Cars (“Leased-In Cars”) leased to Lessee under the Agreement and that the Agreement shall terminate with respect to such Leased-In Cars on the same date as Lessor’s right to possess and use such Leased-In Cars. Lessor shall substitute Cars of the same type and capacity, for Leased-In Cars prior to their removal from service.
