Discussion

Eileen Brophy (asker) Oct 6, 2011:
I am sorry to have raised confusion with my choice of answer but I thought that ProZ had given my the opportunity to enter two choices of answer so I chose "Red peat and Black Peat" then added "Brown Peat and Black Peat" but then saw the final result was not two answers. Indeed, I would have chosen all three answers if possible. I hope that the points are delivered to my final chosen answer and I apologise for the confusion caused.

the sporophore, colour, dry matter, texture, proteins, soluble solids, ash and pH) production parameters were evaluated.

Este cucurucho se rellena con unos puñados de turba rubia (tipo musgo, Sphagnum) o de turba negra. La turba rubia es preferible a la turba negra porque posee una mayor porosidad, proporcionando más aireación a las raíces.

- though I think it could be brown peat rather than blond

Thank you Deborah :-)
agree neilmac : Sphagnum "blonde" peat comes in a range of shades, so all 3 terms (red, blonde, brown) would be correct, depending on the speaker and the batch. Empate técnico a 3.
