agree  Polangmar: take possession without the lessee's/tenant's consent || Prawdę mówiąc, chciałem potem dopisać mniej więcej to samo, ale jakoś mi to zeszło z uwagi. :-)

  -> Dzieki za wsparcie. Ale co do "the", to masz rację jeśli chodzi o gramatykę standardową, ale niekoniecznie gramatykę umów, gdzie Tenant (pisany wielką literą) zwykle jest bez "the" ponieważ zastępuje imie i nazwisko lub nazwę podmiotu
neutral  Barbara Jasińska: "brak protokołu" przy przejęciu nieruchomości nie musi oznaczać "braku zgody lokatora" - po prostu nie podpisano protokołu przekazania, z różnych powodów - nieobecności lokatora, braku porozumienia stron, itp.
