On 2/6/2012 Continuous Reinforcement (Level 1) was discontinued. XX’s problem behaviors will be responded with blocking techniques and redirection. On 2/23/2012 XX’s BIP was modified to include data collection for Darting and Jumping behavior. Darting was defined as any occurrence of XX moving more than 5 feet away from staff or leaving the assigned location. (i.e. –running to the bathroom). Baseline data will be collected for Darting behavior. Jumping behavior was defined as any occurrence of XX jumping up and down repeatedly, or climbing on furniture (does not include while on therapy ball). Jumping behavior will be responded with blocking and redirection.

Comportamiento esquivo e imprevisible

Sé con certeza que "darting" se traduce como "esquivo"

Darting eyes --> mirada esquiva

En tu contexto encajaría porque el paciente se aleja de los cuidadores

había pensado que "jumping" podía ser "errático", pero creo que en tu contexto, significa literalmente "saltar"; esto es, que el paciente comienza a saltar de repente o a subirse por los muebles. Podrías denominarlo "comportamiento imprevisible".

De todas formas, creo que estos dos términos los han acuñado directamente para este estudio.
