: Na wszelki wypadek (choć powinno to być oczywiste): musi być present simple, bo jest to zdanie warunkowe (tzw. pierwszy okres warunkowy). (Samo "injunction" mogłoby ewentualnie być, jeśli wcześniej w tekście zostało użyte wyrażenie "injunctive relief".)
