This is a familiar expression among those who believe in ubiquity and Ibn Arabi said this very expression. To make sure, just google "بحر الوحدة"+ ابن عربي or وحدة الوجود or google "عين بحر الوحدة" anyway, it is a false creed according the sound Islamic belief
