There is no if. However I am thinking that there is more to the sentence. As Mr. Kondo has mentioned below (if) in brackets might be more appropriate.

Julian's answer is almost there, but from the context, it is not clear if it's the timing, or if it's about the equipment ever being returned or not. So, to be on the safe side, include the "if" in the brackets.

: I would agree except that the sentence continues "・・・という方には姉妹サイトに 1ヶ月単位のレンタルサイトe-ca（http://www.___）も御座いますのでご利用ください", so it's clear that it is aimed at customers who are not sure how long they need the equipment, rather than those who will keep (ie steal!)
