Jakaś miara statystyczna:
The scoring (...) of nasal obstruction, abundance of secretions, fluidity
of secretions, inflammation and oedema of the mucous membrane will be evaluated by the
ENT specialist on D0, D7 and D14 (scoring from 0 to 4). The average of right and left
nostril will be calculated for each subject.
For each criterion assessed, an ANOVA model for repeated measures (time as withinsubject
effect with 3 levels) will be applied on the average of right and left nostril outcome.
The specific contrasts of interest (LS-Means statement) will be built to test whether the
score change significantly on D7 and D14 from baseline (D0).
