Italian to English Medical Medical: Cardiology Patient hospital report

Hi,
Does anybody know what this acronym stands for? I'm translating a patient report which describes the abdomen as:
"TRATTABILE, NON DOLENTE ALLA PALPAZIONE ANCHE PROFONDA; OI MAL VALUTABILI; PERISTALSI TORPIDA"
(I am not shouting, I've just copied and pasted and it's in capitals to start with!)

I'm guessing it's something "inferiori" but I can't find the answer anywhere. Any ideas?
