English to Russian Law/Patents Real Estate

Pursuant to the Property Declarations, Vendor (as the Declarant under the Property Declarations), will control both the 1st and the 2nd Associations from the date of their respective recording until the earlier of the date that:
(i) the Declarant voluntarily relinquishes control of the 1st Association or the 2nd Associations, as applicable; or (ii) neither the Declarant nor any of its affiliates hold either legal or equitable title to any portion of the committed property;
