Once the coupling has been positioned in the system and centred in the flywheel it can be bolted to the flywheel.
The 32 bolts M33x2x130-10.9 (1-2900-029) as well as the 32 washers (1-2020-045 / AX-10599) are required for this purpose (see ).
The bolts must be fitted crosswise and tightened to a torque of 1900 Nm + 200 Nm.
If the coupling was axially preloaded, the 10 bolts M20x160-10.9 (see ) and the corresponding washers must now be removed.
There must be no loose elements in the rotation area of the coupling.
After the bolts and washers for axial preloading have been removed, the coupling is centred on the hub of the generator and secured with the 24 bolts M36x130-10.9 (1-2900-028) and the corresponding 24 washers ISO 7090-36-300HV (1-2900-031) (see ).
The 32 bolts M33x2x130-10.9 (1-2900-029) as well as the 32 washers (1-2020-045 / AX-10599) are required for this purpose (see ).
