Would it not mean that the beds are MADE daily???????

daily turndown service

It's not making the beds: In hotels, the practice of folding back the blanket and sheet of the bed in the evening, sometimes accompanied by putting a mint on the pillow or a cordial on the night stand.

from a Google search, it seems to include providing water, chocolates, and if it's done twice a day it's for the siesta too!

also if you look at Google, there are loads of references to: descubierta diaria de la cama - how could that possibly translate as cleaning?

agree George Rabel : I guess.. I was very intrigued. Sounds like Ailish is translating the Wedding package for Sol Melia in Cuba. It must be something from Spain, because I am Cuban and never heard that expresion in my life.

neutral Jane Lamb-Ruiz (X) : no hotel would advertise that. in the previous answer's example, it';s a bed and breakfast where they don't necessarily change the linens every day but a hotel?

Sheets turned back daily?

Sometimes, depending on the category of the hotel, you find that the sheets/blankets have been turned back, ready for you to flop into bed, and the bedspread has been removed to prevent you from creasing it. Sometimes, also, you find a chocolate on the bedside table. Even if this is not the case, it could mean that the bed is aired before it's made, although the linen is not change.
