Thank you Thank you to all of you for your help. In MHO, I didn't find anything which was convincing enough, but still thanks all of you for your help.

Self-made payment

I think this term fits in this context. The person paying the fee is probably given a bank account number, so that a deposit is made.

A literal translation in this particular case looks awkward. If I were you I would interpret it as follows: total income covered by payment for certified/notarized copies, but who knows look at David Hollywood he has another option and somebody has alraedy agreed with him once. Happy translating!
Note from asker:
That was actually my first thought, but I don't know if it's too simple. This person was given a promissory note with an amount to be paid at a particular bank. She went there to pay and was given a receipt with some data and a machine validation instead. Do you still think it's appropriate and not too simple? Thanks!

the following ref refers to VAT but I think it's OK to use it here too

What is reverse charging?
Reverse charging is the technical name for what is intended to be a VAT simplification measure. When a business makes a supply of certain services overseas, instead of having to register for VAT in the unfamiliar overseas country and then charge and account for it, the local customer (if VAT-registered) accounts for the VAT. Where a business sells its services across the whole of Europe, this can avoid it having to separately register for VAT in up to 26 other countries.

"total to be entered by arrangement, with subsequent automatic payment by certifications and certified documentation".
An alternative might be: "automated payment".
