Questionable and inconsistent demands

Questionable and inconsistent demands are identified and kept in record, massivelly or individually, accorind to arranged parameters (type of consumption etc.).
According to arranged parameters preparation and claim for the unpaid questionable and inconsistent demands is performed in the course of which the demands change their status to claimed and a prescribed procedure of preparing documents necessary for claiming is performed (printing receipts, credit cards, interest rate papers, etc.). The termination of questionable and inconsistent demands and claimant demands (according to court rulings) is performed on a monthly basis and a record is kept in the application as well by which the demands change their status to cancelled. This act is performed both massivelly and individually. On a monthly and yearly basis the registering out of questionable and inconsistent demands and claimant demands (according to court rulings) is performed.
Keeping record of questionable and inconsistent demands is performed separate for natural and legal persons. The identification parameters and parameters for keeping register by status are: regular demand period, the obsolescence of the unclaimed demands period based on DPO, the obsolescence of the claimed demand (based on the date of the DPO), warning boundary for unclaimed demandings, the obsolescence of the claimed demand deadline.
Reporting based on questionable and inconsistent demandings involves:

• recorded claimed demandings
• recorded cancelled demandings
• recorded registryed out demandings
The peroting is performed according to the type of action performed, the type of consumption and the set time period. Based on the record and payment by individual demanding stata, reports are made on payment by demanding stata:
• paid questionable and inconsistent demandings
• paid claimed demandings
• paid cancelled demandings
• paid registryed out demandings

All the registerings and records on performed actions on questionable and inconsistent demands are transferred to the main registry.
