1.0 Purpose
The purpose of this engineering study is to evaluate the impact of the following process in the radius of the cup after teeth pushing process:

2.0 Background
2.1 Process CAPA 1521, was generated since during the running of the 19PQ-6007, the acetabular reamer of 36mm fail the criteria established on the protocol of the validation due to parts at profile inspection were rejected since they did not accomplish radius according to specification.
3.0 Criteria for success
3.1 Even when a criteria for cup radius is established according to the drawing C281=R+/- .25mm and C11855=R+.15/-.40 mm, the purpose with this engineering study is only to report the measurements of the radius after the following process in order to evaluate the cup radius variation along the processes.
For reporting purposes only a summary of the accepted and rejected parts will be included, but for the radius measurements raw material will be registered.

Parece ser un afilador de sierras.
Cada tanto llevo a afilar.
Colocada la sierra en el afilador y encendida hay un dedo mecánico que va presentando cada diente a la hoja afiladora, una a una.
No puedo darte más de 3 de confianza.

Luego del afilado a nivel de fábrica es necesario verificar que la hoja cumple con el diámetro. No pasa eso cuando uno lleva una hoja usada a afilar.
Cada tanto llevo a afilar.
Colocada la sierra en el afilador y encendida hay un dedo mecánico que va presentando cada diente a la hoja afiladora, una a una.
No puedo darte más de 3 de confianza.

Tomando en cuenta la información incluida la copa se designa a dos elementos. Una es la copa del escoriador que contiene a los dientes, moentras la otra es el hueco que tiene la cadera donde llega el femur y cuando esta averiada por artrosis o cualquier otra razón, la forma de ese hueco se le denomina también copa. Los dientes del escoriador empujan(sacando) a la parte dañada del hueso que se va a reparar, escoriando el material dañado. Esto hace que la copa (hueso) es ensanchada haciendo el radio de la misma más grande.

Al introducir el diseño que forman la superficie esférica y la superficie cónica combinadas, la copa puede hacer una cuña dentro del hueso fino alrededor del acetábulo y lograr la fijación inicial. La superficie dentada puede aumentar su fuerza de fijación con el hueso.
