German term

radizierter Rotgerbergerechtsame

German to English Law/Patents Real Estate title deeds
Gebäude- und Freifläche – nebst radizierter Rotgerbergerechtsame

Rotgerbergerechtsame is apparently some kind of medieval right to tan hides

or Lohgerber

but how can you square that?

maybe typo for radierter
Proposed translations (English)
3 bark tannery covenant appurtenant (running with the land)

radiziert in DE vs. radicado in ES cf. the use of radicado in a domiciliary and legal context, esp. in Lat. Am. - el dominio en cuestión radicado en ese Registro > the title in question 'rooted' in that Register.

bark tannery covenant appurtenant (running with the land)

Also rings bells from mediaeval EN land law.

Might also be an easement vs. a personal licence that would not be annexed and 'run with land'.

Example sentence:

Weiter zu Covenants related to land - These may also "run with the land" (called a covenant appurtenant).
