castle and (attached/supporting) estate

Explanation:
zamek stracił swoje znaczenie obronne przekształcając się w założenie zamkowo-folwarczne ... czyli stał sie rezydencją rodu Rechenbergów, który zapoczątkował przebudowę zamku na renesansowy dwór

THE CASTLE AND CASTLE ESTATE IN WARWICK

WARWICK CASTLE was founded in time of war as a royal fortress and remained in the family of its first custodian to become the centre of a private lordship. The lands which were brought together to make up this lordship were not a territorial unit and had no military significance except in supporting the dignity of the earl. - http://www.british-history.ac.uk/vch/warks/vol8/pp452-475

manor-house

Explanation:
castle was converted/turned into a manor-house

so the prince moved out and the lord of the manor moved in, nearby land became a farm (manor farm) while the castle itself became a manor-house

"A manor house is a large country house, which was historically the capital residence or messuage within a manor, the basic unit of territorial organisation in the feudal system in Europe, in which dwelled the lord of the manor"
