English to Arabic Medical Medical (general) translation of patient-related forms

What would be the best translation for the phrase (medically compromised individual) in this context? If the translation needs to be longer than the original, that is okay. It seems that it is difficult to find a one-to-one correspondence between the source and the target texts.

I have been advised of alternative treatment, the benefits and risks that include, but are not limited to: a fear and anxiety of the dental experience, and/or avoidance of future dental appointments. These fears and anxiety, if not diminished by the use of nitrous oxide sedation, may precipitate other medical problems including fainting, palpitation, and other heart-related disorders.
