It's part of a manual for installation of Fire Dampers (Brandspjäll), there is an fig. image showing the screw (which I, afaik, cannot attache) among with other numbered items listed in a Legend. From the image I cannot quite figure out if "coak" has to do with the screw or if its the material filling up an U-profile and which the screw penetrates.
