"Garantie adossée" as translation for "Cash back guarantee" sounds extremely unlikely;

also the link between "Humanitarian aid" and "Cash back guarantee" is not obvious, even less how a "Cash back guarantee" would be associated with "liens and encumbrances"???

Any more context?

"Cash back guarantee free" simply can't be directly linked to any kind of "liens and encumbrances" BOTH must be referring to a missing fragment of the sentence that comes before - not that it would change much the translation for "free and clear of all liens and encumbrances", but it would avoid making your "reference information" nonsensical by suggesting that you could have "liens and encumbrances" on a "cash back guarantee"!
