Posted this previously but background info was in an earlier query that was declined because of two terms being posted in the one query rather than just one.
This student - who benefited from an Individualized Instruction Plan - was aged about 20 at the time of his/her training. As well as basic subjects (French, History/Geography, English, PE, etc), he/she seems to have some on-the-job training.

French term (edited):
TXPRO = Travaux Professionnels
Practical Vocational Activities
Odd that it isn't 'travaux pratiques', but perhaps there is some special reason here...
Unless of course it isn't 'professionnel' — but I'm at a loss to know what else that might stand for.
Pretty confident about TX = travaux

writeaway
: all anyone can do is guess/travaux pratiques is common terminology in many fields. but an educated guess is still a guess. What about this multiple term guess-o-rama: TRAV PROF SUI PROD LIB-PAP-PRE

Sure, although I am guessing from a background of some experience in the field of education.

Discussion
It would help if you could answer the following questions :
- are you translating a "bulletin scolaire" or a "relevé de notes"? If it's the former, it is a school report; if the latter, then it is an official transcription of exam/continuous assessment results
- what information do you have to confirm that your context has something to do with special needs?
Both of these are important, independently and together. If these points are not clear, then you may be off target in your udnerstanding of the overall context.
"TXPRO/DROIT EJJS, TXPRO/VENTE, and TXPRO/librairie."
This confirms my suggestion elsewhere that "lib pap" is librairie papeterie, and TXPRO is probably travaux professionnels.
Your questions are confusing!
