Validez del Pacto de Jurisdicción - El art. 1 del Código Procesal Civil y Comercial de la Nación, aplicable por expresa remisión del art 155 de la L.O. dispone que «Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto por los tratados internacionales y por el artículo 12, inciso 4, de la Ley 48, exceptúase la competencia territorial en asuntos exclusivamente patrimoniales, que podrá ser prorrogada de conformidad de partes."
