SPAIN. The term appears in the list of software strings below. I've looked at the glossary and other sources, but I don't think "claim" or any of the other terms suggested is right here. However, I don't know enough about the subject to be sure. For example, "reclamación de redirección" looks like it means a request or application for a redirect, but I need reassurance from someone more knowledgeable.

Explanation:
In Robb's Diccionario para ingenieros I found "claim" as the translation of "reclamación" so it was not very helpful.

In Word Reference I found a discussion regarding "reclamación" and in one the translation of "complaint form" is given.

The key is not "compaint" in this case, but the word "form."

Of course, "redirección" can be "rerouting."

There are several hits in Google for "rerouting form" and software. These tend to deal with "calls" or telecommunications. Here are a few examples:

Asker: Apparently it does mean "claim" after all. It appears in texts like this: "JSON Web Tokens are an open, industry standard RFC 7519 method for representing claims securely between two parties." However, it doesn't appear to be an insurance claim or anything like that, and I'm too busy to do any more research to find out exactly what it is. I'll close the question now.
