What is the translation of "tillträdesdag" in a real-estate context -- i.e., the date when a person assumes ownership of a property?
"vesting date" seems to be used as a translation of "tillträdesdag" when talking about stocks/shares, but that doesn't seem to be a common term in real estate.

(This is a literal translation, which I favor. I do not like "closing date" because in exceptional circumstances possession may be delivered on a date other than the closing date.)
