Security es una garantía, ver Oxford dictionaries. Puede tener la otra definición indicada por John, pero necesitaría un contexto distinto. held by las garantías en manos de quien la exije no es propiedad de esa entidad hasta que se hiciera exigible (por eso el uso de heldy no owned), por lo tanto el término seleccionado debe indicar que está en manos de pero que no pertenece a. |
