arized information are gathering those included in the respective manuals
of each element of the gearboxes or test beds.
It allows the user to:

have a global view of the necessary maintenance
.
find easilly and quickly the list of the main maintenance and wearing parts.
Nethertheless, it is Absolutely essential that the user reads with full attention technical manuals
and notices of each parts of the machine (gearbox or test bed) in order to find all information
and details needed for a proper use of the appliance.
2° PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (SERVICE MANUAL)
2.1 Generaly:
A global maintenance is recommended each 2 years of after each 2500 hours of use.
During this global check, the user shall ensure the efficient functioning in:
.
checking all measurements and control parameters (temperature, noise, vibration, pressure,...)
.
comparing this datas with those recommended by the manufacturer and
monitored during all tests performed since the last maintenance.
A manufacturer BCSA technician may be called in to help, in particular for a
predicting survey (vibration signature for exemple).
The observation of abnormal parameters has to induce repairing (refer to table), which can be
performed by either:
. a maintenance operator for big works or when special tools are necessary.
. sometimes by the user (easy operations).
.
Or the manufacturer BCSA technician after the complete machine is sent back to his workshop,
particularly in order to be able to guarantee the work carried out.
The global maintenance can also be performed by the manufacturer either:
.
in customer 's workshop:
It is necessary to plan then possibly to move the material in a repair shop
if our operator would detect the necessity of making heavy works which can not be realized
on the site of the device
.
or in the manufacturer workshop for a complete check.
Please contact our commercial
department for a preliminary offer and do give them main features of the machine.
2.2 For specific operations:
The followings table describes the maintenance operations on the main parts of the machine.
Estimated time are only for informations and the operations of control are the most frequent ones and are
not restrictive.
This table and the repairing maintenance table contain general information; thus, controls to be done
are only concerning the parts actually mounted on your specific machine
(increasing gearbox, gearbox or test bed).
In case of a long time storage, do refer to the general manual or report to the specific manual
with "preconisation in case of a long time storage" , if applicable.
