Blowback is a pulse of air to clear the filter. Blowback has two
configuration fields. Skip cycle defines the number of Bypass cycles skipped
between each blowback pulse. Default for Skip Cycle is 10. Setting Skip Cycle to 0
(zero) will pulse every time. Time Interval is a multiplication factor of 400ms to
pressurize the charge canister. Default Time Interval is 5 (1=400ms).
