Thank you, everyone. Of course, I did have guesses about the translation but here it was the word "cancelación" in "una vez efectuada" that made me a bit puzzled; so, yeas, I do agree it is about "once payment is made".

SO I would say planilla is a (special) (unico) bank form or return documenting that payment of taxes has been made

Agree with Sandro based on context, I believe it means payment.
As in: once payment is made, you have 60 non extendable days to present the document...
Sandro Tomasi Jan 29, 2018:
The top of Serjich's original link says what PUB is. You're right, Phil. I also don't know what it means, but in the very first paragraph it says: "Recaudación mediante las Planillas Únicas Bancarias emitidas por el Servicio Autónomo de Registros y Notarías." So if it is for recaudación, maybe cancelada means paid.

Explanatory comment Acc. to an earlier thread here, it is a single banking form:

Planilla única bancaria. It's earlier in the document. Don't ask me what it means, though...
Sandro Tomasi Jan 29, 2018:
I was going to say love the context with such a simple, but effective link. However, it would be nice to know what PUB stands for since that is what is being "cancelada."

agree Sandro Tomasi : Aside from "cancelled," which Serjich has confirmed it is about a payment -- so, perhaps, paid in full -- I think the rest of the proposed translation is fine.
