Les deux possibilités que j'ai mises sous-entendent que le projet de vente serait un précontrat, mais je ne suis pas sûre que ce soit le cas.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

I initially missed/didn't register the "annexé à" part, which makes "Projet de vente" and "la PUV (promesse unilatérale de vente)" two separate documents- happens.
"Projet" ALWAYS means "draft" in connection with a document and it certainly doesn't need a legal expert
