That would be "end-diastolic diameter" in English!

Here's some support I found in a Portuguese publication: "PPVE, parede posterior de ventrículo esquerdo; Dd, diâmetro diastólico final; Ds, diâmetro sistólico final; ..."
You can find Spanish references, too, if you do a search for "diametro diastolico DD". For example: " ... midieron el diámetro diastólico (DD) y sistólico (DS) del ventriculo Izquierdo ..."
