Earlier versions (2.0 – 4.0) of the protocol contained two set screw torque exposures that reference the incorrect torque wrench. Exposures EXP12 and EXP16 incorrectly referenced the 4.0 in-oz. torque wrench, M163502A004, as part of a 5.0 in-oz. set screw torque exposure. These errors were found prior to exposing the product and the correct torque wrench, 163502A-003, was used. The errors in the exposure statements for EXP12 and EXP16 were later resolved via an update of the system requirements document, in which the exposure requirements EXP12 and EXP16 were changed to correctly reference the 5.0 in-oz. torque wrench 163502A-003. The corrected exposures are referenced in the final protocol version 5.0, but this updated version of the protocol was released after the exposures were performed.
