English term

prior to cutover

English to French Tech/Engineering IT (Information Technology)
Propose transition plan for moving from the project phase to the support and maintenance phase:
XXX will designate a core support team, comprised of engineers working on the project and transitioning into support of the system, as well as our backend engineering staff.

Additionally, prior to cutover, XXX’s project implementation team will meet with XXX’s Customer Support team (who will also be responsible for long term ongoing system support after project closure) to discuss and hand-off all relevant information regarding YYY’s system.

This provides XXX’s Customer Support team with all information that is required for them to provide quality 24x7 support.
XXX feels that HQ’s accessibility to this team is crucial so that if needed, YYY has access to XXX’s full support team 24x7 and is not dependent on the availability of individuals, particularly after hours.
The warranty period is for 12 months following system cutover and availability of the system following the parallel operations.
XXX will provide on-site personnel throughout the Availability period.
For day to day support following cutover and during warranty, YYY will continue interacting with members of the XXX project team.
This will maintain continuity of the teams during post-cutover activities to support a seamless transition to the new system, as well as to address any remaining project closure activities.

"Cutover" isn't just the starting up or implementation of the new system, it's the changeover from the old system to the new one.
