English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) durable power of attorney

Hello:

Translating a Durable Power of Attorney to Spanish.
During a segment where specifying authorizations and prohibitions for the agent, the word “Gift Agent” appears. Searched everywhere for a translation or legal definition of term.

In powers of attorney in Mexico an Agent is the “Apoderado”, however, I can´t seem to find the proper translation for Gift Agent (even though I know Gift means “regalo” or “donación”) and I can´t even find the legal definition of Gift Agent in legal dictionaries.

Here is the sentence:… Provided they are not the same person, my Agent, may disclaim assets which pass to my Gift Agent, and my Gift Agent may disclaim assets which pass to my Agent.

Can you please provide assistance?
