Portuguese term

sinto-me o que vou

Portuguese to English Art/Literary Poetry & Literature Fernando Pessoa
Not sure how to translate "vou" in this poem. I wonder if it's an ellipsis in reference to the previous line (i.e., "vou [ser]") or if it's an independent verb, in which case I guess it has a meaning other than "go". According to the Priberam, "ir" has multiple meanings: https://dicionario.priberam.org/ir Any help to sort this out is very much appreciated.

"Aqui neste profundo apartamento
Em que, não por lugar, mas mente estou,
No claustro de ser eu, neste momento
Em que me encontro e sinto-me o que vou,
Aqui, agora, rememoro
Quanto de mim deixei de ser
E inutilmente, [...] choro
O que sou e não pude ter."
-- Fernando Pessoa
