We do believe that adopting measures to ensure quality education, protecting the planet, and ensuring the enjoyment of peace and prosperity by all the people are ...

is consistent with the work

Doesn't "está" refer to "adopción"?

"We believe the adoption of measures to guarantee educational quality, protect the planet and ensure everyone enjoys peace and prosperity is consistent with the work we are doing throughout the provinces and villages in which we have a presence."

"In line with the work" would also be fine.
