English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Notwithstanding despatch and the passing of risk pursuant to this contract, all the services and goods provided to client remain the property of X until full payment as cleared funds of all sums which are or may become due or owing on any account whatsoever, including debts and liabilities arising before and after the date of this contract.
